Define custom roles and choose exactly which actions each role can take (role-based access control).

What you can do

  • New Role opens the editor to name a role and toggle its permissions.
  • Open a role to view its permissions and manage members; edit or delete custom roles (system roles are locked).

How to create a role

1. Start a new role

On the Roles page, click New Role to open the role editor.

2. Name it and pick permissions

Give the role a name (and an optional description), then tick the exact actions it can perform — grouped by feature like Dashboard, ESG and Facilities. Save when you are done.
